Frank is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 10 years post qualification experience in railway engineering. He has a very useful multi-disciplinary background in both contracting and consulting environments. His portfolio includes numerous Re-signalling Schemes, Re-modelling Schemes, ETE Schemes, Electrification Schemes, Track Re-newals Designs, Capacity Enhancements, Line Speed Improvement Studies, and Platform Lengthening Schemes, most delivered through Network Rail framework agreements & Infrastucture Projects.

Frank has worked as designer, site manager, project manager, contractor’s engineering manager and design & construction engineer, on many high profile projects. He has a reputation for delivering engineering excellence through innovative ideas and achieving efficiencies without compromising quality.

In his various rail positions at Amey, Network rail, Colas Rail Frank was Project Manager leading a £15M portfolio of projects. He was accountable for winning and delivering projects by inspiring innovation to generate efficient, safe, buildable solutions for customers. His portfolio included multi disciplinary design schemes on the LNW Improvement Programme, Eletrifications Programme, Crossrail Western Outer and a variety of projects for Tubelines.

Frank embraces the move towards collaborative working practices, which will inspire innovative methods to deliver railway projects safely and successfully in challenging market conditions.
