Due to the nature of the contracts YeboCl get involved in and the time scales required by the client it was necessary to manage the installation as a fast track project. YeboCl will spent the first few months of the project producing working drawings, and converting the client’s vision into design documentation and specifications. This ensures that the projects was executed and performed to the client’s expectations.
Other experience includes providing project management consultancy to end users to co-ordinate supply contracts, and facilitate interfacing between specific application control and monitoring systems in a number of industry sectors including power generation, transmission and renewable energy. YeboCl skills in specific areas enable specific control systems and network experience to be provided, as required to support project requirements.
